Valentine's Day, Snow, Snow, Snow

Well, I've been busy to say the least. This new job is hard! I'm learning so much but I'm away from the boys a lot I feel. I do, however, think I'm a better mom because of it. I miss them!

This winter has been horrible. Yesterday, we got about a foot of snow, then last night, we got 3-6 more inches. Crazy. Brennan and Shane are never in school!! Miss Jenny is fabulous and we love her. I am so thankful to have found her.

Brennan's with Ryan and Pop now snowboarding!!!! I've never set foot on a ski slope so this is exciting for him (and Ryan and Pop). 

Brennan was invited to a swim party at the high school last month. He was a nervous ninny (as usual) but once was in the pool, he didn't want to leave!

Owen's been napping more recently. He calls Shane, 'Aney.' for Shaney. So cute. He is still attached to lovey, blankie blue and beeshie. He didn't cry going to Jenny's the first time. He cries a little going every day but stops shortly after I leave. It helped that Shane didn't have school so he wasn't alone his first week. Jenny has a 3 year old son named Danny and they play like brothers already. Owen's diet is terrible. He is soooo picky! And if he goes without dessert, he doesn't care. That's the only reason Brennan and Shane eat!

Shane. He's doing great at school and with Jenny. He adjusts well to things. I thought that at 4 years old the tantrums would lessen. They haven't :( He can be very difficult but very sweet. He gets up multiple times every night. He comes in and Ryan picks him up and puts him back to bed. I'm sure that doesn't help the behavior. He's so cute, that little face.
