Clingy, clapping, swingset

Weird title, anyway - Owen only wants me nowadays. Not even Ryan. Is happy but a little more fidgety. Maybe more teeth? Sleeps a little in the am, good nap in the afternoon usually. Owen's waving and clapping. Here's a video:

Ryan spent his Fathers Day weekend putting up the swingset!! We love it. Shane's afraid of swinging and he goes down the slide too fast so he's more afraid of that too!

Owen started crawling this past Sunday June 24!

Brennan, Owen updates, Shane ENT

Owen stood up in his crib today all by himself! I came in to get him this morning and there he was, standing. He's starting to go on all fours but not yet crawling - still scooting. He also gets into sitting position by himself. He takes a very short cat nap in the morning and a longer afternoon nap. I try to get both him and Shane down at the same time. 


Brennan's starting to get freckles! Very faint but they are there. He told me yesterday he didn't want eyelashes because he's not a girl!


Shane saw ENT yesterday. No fluid in his ears and his hearing test was better. Audiology wants to see him again in 6 weeks so we can make sure. If we come across the fluid issue again, ENT wants to see him back but I don't think it'll be a problem again.

Owen 10 months!

He looks like such a boy now!!! He sleeps through the night, has 8 teeth, squirms, understands the word 'bottle', loves his bath (last night he cried b/c his brothers got one and he didn't!), cries when we walk into his room, scoots, pulls himself up, laughs at his brothers, loves his binkie, loves spaghetti, has blond hair, has stranger anxiety, loves going outside, is very cute :)

This past weekend I worked and then we went to Kelly and Jims for dinner. On Sunday, we hung out here.

Alexa Rose was born early Friday morning!!! I couldn't sleep that night, I was too excited. We are going to see Noah today and Alexa tomorrow. I can't wait.

I had an interview at Flourtown yesterday. Katie came to watch the boys. Just waiting to hear.

Shane's putting two, three words together but it sounds like this - 'Mama. Tickle.' Like two sentences. He loves his blanket, binkie. He brings them downstairs even though he's not allowed to have binkie. He's good with people he doesn't know too well. He doesn't care about time out. He imitates everything Brennan does.

Brennan is very helpful. He listens (mostly) and is very caring. He's bossy! Can get dressed by himself. Loves cars, legos, playing outside, mowing. Has a slight lisp. Still has a beeshie! Asks a ton of questions. Hates getting his pictures taken. Is shy with people he's not familiar with.
