Shane's talking, PSU

Shane said his first 2 words together - 'big poop.' ha!

He is so funny. When he knows he's doing something wrong he'll look down and raise his eyes up to get our reaction - like he doesn't want to miss our reaction. I hope I can remember that look!! He jumps right in anywhere and will play. Brennan's more shy. I love how different they can be. Today we went to the Sabos and the Valentinos were there too. Shane had no problem leaving me and going to play with them. Brennan was with me the whole time, asking to leave. But he wanted to go to Emma's earlier in the day.

Owen is 3 months old! He's laughing, talking, smiling up a storm. He is sleeping well at night (knock wood). He goes down around 7 or 8 and sleeps until 11 or 12, eats and goes back to sleep til 4ish - back to sleep for a little until Brennan wakes him up. I can put him in his crib and he can fall asleep on his own. I used to rock B & S to sleep all the time at Owen's age. Funny how the 3rd child adjusts! (Or the parent adjusts....)

The boys all had colds and they are starting to get better. Brennan was looking in Owen's nose today and asked if he had spider webs in them!!! So funny.

PSU sadness. Ugh. I can't believe how sad I am about it all. Wouldn't think I'd care much but I do. I'm sad that JoePa has to be fired after all he's done for the school. I'm sad about the victims!!! I have 3 sons - I cannot imagine if anyone touched them. I would want to kill them. But I don't believe Joe knew - he has kids and grandkids of his own. Of course he would protect little kids!!! I understand that's what the university has to do though. All this is stirring up my nostalgia about State College. I absolutely loved it there. Best time of my life. I love visiting it and can't want to take my boys to visit. Brings back so many great memories. And that's all I have to say about that!

  1. Spiderwebs! Love it and I love picturing you laughing at them. I'm so proud of how you enjoy your kids so much.
